Foot Master engineers invented the ORIGINAL leveling caster in 1989, setting the standard for performance, capability and dependability. This remarkable innovation has been used by millions around the world to easily move and level applications such as workbenches, shelving racks, equipment and machinery. The GDL Series builds on this proud heritage by offering more height adjustment capability. Compact, yet super-strong, these leveling casters are designed to minimize overall height while maximizing load capacity. Once positioned in the desired location, a leveling shaft made of cold forged steel is lowered using a fixed adjustable nut. As the wheel is lifted off the ground, the leveling foot takes over to make the unit completely stationary. Making adjustments, even under a heavy load, is light work for GDL Series leveling casters. High quality components and expert craftsmanship lend users the ability to achieve a level set with ease. When it is time to move again, simply raise the leveling foot to restore the freedom of mobility.
